Co-founder of IN THE SAC, Belinda Gallo has spent more than 20 years shaping the Australian textile and homewares landscape through her creative direction, innovative design approach, and intuitive eye for colour and trends.

Beginning her career with a textile degree and soon enough becoming a textile buyer within the fashion industry, Belinda quickly developed a passion for premium textiles, artisanal craftsmanship, and the emotional connection colour creates within the home. Her distinctive aesthetic and forward-thinking vision soon led her to become Creative Director at Martin and Savage — one of Australia’s most respected and established textile houses — where IN THE SAC became a division in 2010.

Recognised for her ability to forecast emerging colour and lifestyle trends, Belinda has become a respected creative  within the homewares and textile industry. Her designs are known for balancing effortless luxury with timeless appeal, bringing a refined yet relaxed aesthetic into homes across Australia and internationally.

Under her creative leadership, IN THE SAC has evolved into one of Australia’s leading luxury linen and home textile brands, celebrated for its elevated designs, exceptional quality, and considered craftsmanship.
